• 4-IN-1 CUTTING MODES: Supports plate cutting, expanded-metal cutting, rust/paint removal, and plasma gouging — giving you one machine for almost any metal job. Expanded-metal mode keeps a steady arc on mesh materials for cleaner, uninterrupted cuts. Rust-clean mode removes corrosion and coatings without grinding, saving time and reducing cleanup. Gouging mode removes old welds, fixes defects, and prepares bevels for faster, easier repairs. (Replace nozzle when using gouging mode.)
• NON-HF BLOWBACK PILOT ARC: Uses a non-high-frequency blowback start, eliminating electromagnetic interference common in HF machines and keeping electronics safe, perfect for home garages or workshop use, offering safer operation for both users and bystanders. Provides up to 60A on 220V for smooth, clean cuts on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and more—up to 1-1/16" (28mm). Cutting range: 12–16mm @110V, 20–28mm @220V. Current display: 20–35A (110V), 20–60A (220V). An external air compressor is required (sold separately).
• UPGRADED CUTTING TORCH: The upgraded IPT60 torch delivers strong arc starting and cutting performance on rough, painted, rusty, or dirty surfaces. Its non-contact pilot arc reduces energy use and electrode wear, giving smoother, more precise cuts and up to 2× longer consumable life vs AG60. Includes two 0.9 mm and two 1.1 mm nozzles for better cut quality on 110V/220V—ready to use right out of the box. External air compressor required (sold separately).
• SMART AIR PRESSURE MONITORING: Equipped with a digital air pressure system, it continuously monitors incoming air and shows real-time readings on the upgraded LED panel. If pressure is too low or too high, the display shows error codes E80/E81, helping prevent poor cuts, unstable arcs, or torch damage. Keeps cuts consistent and extends consumable life. Recommended pressure: 110V: 55 PSI | 220V: 50–75 PSI.
• QUICK 1/4" NPT CONNECTOR: Features a pre-installed, metal-cased air filter with a quick-connect 1/4" NPT fitting—ready to use right out of the box. Built-in safety protections cover overload, overheat, and overcurrent conditions with clear error codes, plus an IGBT low-voltage warning. Rugged construction ensures reliable, long-term performance.
• PA/PT & 2T/4T FUNCTION: Supports PA (Pilot Arc) with adjustable arc time (2–10s) for cutting expanded metal and extending consumable life. PT (Postflow) time adjustable 5–15s (recommended ~8s) to cool the torch. 2T/4T modes allow hands-free operation: 2T – press and hold for short or precise cuts; 4T – press once to start, again to stop, reducing hand fatigue for long, continuous, or large cuts.
